Founders Brewing Company makes some great beers and we've been hoarding some of their rarest for this decadent brunch. Reserve your right to drink Breakfast Stout, CBS & KBS side by side for the first time on draft in DC. The beers will be presented in 4oz pours as follows:

-Stachowski Smoked Irish Bacon, House Biscuit, Poached Egg and Sauce Charon
-Paired with Kaiser Curmudgeon
Third Course:
-Almost Full English Breakfast:
-Stachowski English Breakfast Banger, Smoked Ham, Blood Sausage, Baked Beans and Sauteed Mushrooms
-Paired with Backwoods Bastard
Fourth Course:
-Orange Scented Custard-Style French Toast with Brown Sugar Butter Glaze
-Paired with Kentucky Breakfast Stout
-Oatmeal-Maple Custard
-Paired with 2010 & 2011 Breakfast Stout
-Pumpkin-Pecan Sticky Buns
-Paired with Canadian Breakfast Stout
The price of all tickets for this event is $50 plus $10 gratuity and $5 for tax. We're offering two different seatings to accommodate as many people as possible (The 11AM seating must vacate tables at 1PM, but can move to the bar). Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event we will be unable to accommodate vegan requests. We can, however, accommodate vegetarians if you could please note that with your purchase.
